16 Young People Join Our Program During the Nairobi Conferences

This was not just a formal meeting; it was a powerful human experience where the ambitions, challenges, and hopes of many professionals seeking a better future in Germany came together.
During an intensive day, we held three different conferences, bringing together over 50 candidates with diverse professional aspirations. Several members of our international team were present at the event, fully engaged in every detail to support and guide the candidates every step of the way.

From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with questions, eagerness to learn, and motivation. The candidates came from different cities but shared one common goal: to find a safe path to work and live in Germany.



In addition to the presentations and important information our team shared about the program, the most moving part of the day was hearing the real-life stories of our current participants. They spoke with great emotion about their first steps, the challenges they faced, and the ways they managed to make progress.

One of them, Sani, a nurse from Kenya, said:
