ARJETA — From YFE Recruiter to Nurse in Germany
24. September 2026
For more than a year, Arjeta was part of the YFE team as a recruiter.Every day, she worked closely with people who shared one dream: to build a new future in Germany.
She listened to their stories, guided them through the process, helped them prepare, and supported them on a journey that, for many of them, was one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
But throughout that time, she was experiencing this journey from the recruiter’s side. Until the moment came when she decided to experience it herself.

THIS TIME, SHE WAS THE CANDIDATE
Arjeta decided to join the YFE program and follow the same process she had spent more than a year explaining to and guiding others through. From recruiter, she became a candidate.
She went through the interview, the preparations, and all the steps she already knew so well from a professional perspective. But this time, the emotions were completely different.
Because this time, she was not the one waiting to hear whether a candidate would move forward to Germany. She was the one waiting for her own news.
And then came one of the most important moments of the entire journey: THE VISA.
A document in her hand, but so much more than that. It was confirmation that a plan she had once seen become reality for other candidates was now becoming reality for her.

FROM KOSOVO TO GERMANY
With the process completed, Arjeta began her new chapter in Germany. She was no longer simply part of other candidates’ stories. She was living her own.
From the other side of the screen, the office, and the interviews, she stepped into a completely new reality: her workplace in Germany. And the photo of her at work captures exactly that change. She is there.
TODAY, ARJETA IS A NURSE IN GERMANY

And perhaps the most meaningful part of her story is that she knows very well what it means to take that step. She has been on both sides of this process. She was the recruiter who helped others begin their journey. Then she became the candidate who began her own. She listened to other people’s stories and then created her own.
She helped others open doors to Germany — and one day, she opened her own door too. It is a story about having the courage to try something new, believing in the opportunities you offer to others, and, above all, having the courage to one day say:
“Now it’s my turn.”
AND FOR ARJETA, THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
